I have over 20 years experience as a fully trained and qualified Clinical Psychologist and utilise a range of models of psychological therapy to support you to understand, address, change or respond to life's challenges.

Different approaches suit different people and different challenges and so I will draw from my experience and knowledge of different therapies together with actively seeking your feedback to ensure we are working in the most helpful way for you.

Therapy models I draw from include:
Systemic therapies, including Solution focused brief therapy and Narrative therapy;
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), including more recent developments such as Compassion focused therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT);
Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR);
Attachment theory

Whether you want to build more intimacy and communication, address specific issues, conflicts or disagreements, or find ways to move forwards when a relationship is over, relationship therapy could be helpful to you.

Therapy can be accessed remotely using Zoom, a secure, easy to use video platform.
